The surf is building back up today. The weather and the surf condtions are kind of poor at the moment as the frontal boundary passes and the tide is changing. We should see more size and hopefully better form later on in the day. Right now the surf is a couple feet overhead and wobbly everywhere. Most of the sets are closing out no matter where you are. The surf should come back up today and tomorrow. By early afternoon tomorrow Rincon should start to see the new pulse in the 2-4ft overhead range. By Wednesday morning we could see some double overhead surf. Kinda looks like the swell will peak out overnight again like this last one we had over the weekend. That's the latest forecast for surfing Puerto Rico.
