Another day with knee to waist high wind waves showing up at south spots closest to the tip of Rincon. The surf is a bit choppy and the size is dropping. The angle has more east in it today. In the short term we'll continue to see small wrap-around wind waves here in Rincon. The swell is short period and ENE angle so don't expect perfection, but the mornings could be pretty fun while the surf is still glassy. The winds will pick up in the afternoon out of the ENE at around 15 mph. Unfortunately the super strong outgoing tide will be working against the surf during the daytime for the next few days. That's the latest forecast for surfing Puerto Rico.
