Rincon is small to flat this morning, but some small swell is starting to hint at building at the most exposed breaks. I think we will definitely see a small learner wave on Today's low tide later on in the afternoon. For any bigger surf you will have to wait for now. If you ever see yourself in the report, claim your pic(s)! Email: firstname.lastname@example.org Want to know the wave forecast for surfing Puerto Rico? Check the forecast further down.

Hurricane Cristobal is doing what he needs to do to make us some waves so far, but he still needs to start up with the NW winds. It's the one thing lacking in this hurricane right now, and the one thing missing from the list of necessary conditions for us to get killer waves. It literally is the only element missing. He's in our swell window, he's gaining strength, he's not moving too quickly, and his windfield is slowly starting to expand. If the wind shear will letup, he can start pumping waves at Puerto Rico. It's all about that West side of the storm, which right now could use a Redbull. That's the latest forecast for surfing Puerto Rico.
