Rincon wakes up to some more perfect surf! The size has dropped a bit but we're still seeing sets a couple feet overhead. The form is really good on the sets. The smaller but more frequent sets of chest high are a bit sectioned up but still fun. There is a ton of people and the vibe is not good at the crowded spots.
