Daily Rincon Surf Report - Comments

Biggest Wave Seen: Waist High
Winds: Calm right now but they will pick up more later on today.
Water Temp: 79º F
Air Temp: 72º F right now with a predicted high of 83º F for the afternoon.
Swell's not here yet, but it's definately on it's way. Very small longer period lines are already rolling in around knee high pretty much everywhere. Spots closest to the tip have seen a few waist high sets. By this afternoon some bigger waves should start coming in. If the winds are more ENE than NE and don't destroy it later, it could get pretty good.

5:00pm UPDATE

Swell is coming in slow and steady. It's mainly waist high with the occasional chest high set. North side is choppy, south side looks fun for an evening session, you'll just have to share it with a lot of other people.

Rincon, Puerto Rico (PR) Wave Forecast

The waves should start coming in this afternoon. It's supposed to build through to wednesday night / thursday morning where it will peak out and fade into the weekend. The high pressure is still very strong over the atlantic and might make this swell a wind-fest like last weeks swell. This high pressure must be stopped.
