Rincon has plenty of waves this morning along with plenty of people and plenty of wind. The surf is about chest high on sets and is breaking best at one main spot in Rincon. The wind is making the north side of Rincon choppy, and the weakness of the swell is not really getting the tucked away spots working on the west side of Rincon. This means everyone is at one spot.
