Well looky what we have here. I saw the buoys start to jump up slightly before I went to shoot today's pictures and much to my surprise, Rincon has waves! It's about waist to chest high and clean. The wind is already lightly on it and will probably pick up as the day goes on, but the form is fairly decent at the moment. The biggest sets are kind of closing out though.
