Zambrana Surfboards - The Ofiical Surfboard of Rincon Surf Report. PR is officially on lock down! The Governor ordered everyone to stay inside 24/7 until March 30 in an effort to prevent a major outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) on the island. During the day we can go to the grocery store, banks, and pick up take-out orders from some of the restaurants in town but pretty much have to stay home otherwise.
