11:30am UPDATE The little pulse is already fading out. We are down to knee to waist high. The winds are still light and it's glassy on both sides of Rincon. 8:00am Super clear and beautiful day at the beach. And we have waves too! Some waist to chest high swell is showing up at the most exposed Rincon beaches. The sets have a little bit of wait between them, but there is generally a few good waves in each set.
