Rincon is starting to see the new swell fill in. Not every spot is breaking yet which is leading to some massive crowding at the one peak where the waves are best. Personally, I'm going to wait until it fills in more and gives more options (or until everyone eventually gets tired). The surf is about chest to head high and glassy on sets.
