Cold and rainy here in Rincon this morning. Tried to wait for it to let up a little before shooting the report. The rain hasn't stopped. Once again, sorry for the lower quality pics but it's the best I can do in the rain. The surf is about chest high on sets with clean conditions. The winds are picking up and the surf will probably get a bit choppy unless the rain keeps it groomed. If you ever see yourself in the report, claim your pic(s)!
