Rincon Surf Report – Tuesday, November 4, 2014

8:30am Rainy morning here in Rincon. Horrible lighting for pictures. Sorry for the late 90's cell-phone camera quality on some of the report pics (best I could do in the rain). The rain should clear out as the day goes on. We have double overhead surf here in Rincon with the more protected and tucked away spots seeing the best form. The ocean is a bit angry and there is a lot of water moving around. I think the conditions will improve from here on out. Tres Palmas looks fun!
