Rincon is super flat today. There is not even a surf lesson wave. The water is super clear and not too hot yet. The fishing is going off. Plenty of Tuna and Jacks are running fairly close to shore right now. Find a bait ball at the turn of the tide and throw anything shiny into it. Other options including taking your spear out and getting some snapper. Again a bait ball will lead you to bigger fish if you can dive down and stay down long enough not to spook them.
