Bonus Shots: Jan 8, 2018
Before the wind turned on there was still some decent swell still out there this morning. The final hours of the tide push saw the best sets. After that last push the tide topped out, the swell dropped, and the wind blew on shore. The conditions deteriorated and the magic was gone. Granted, it wasn’t the easiest session this morning and the best waves were found in odd locations at times instead of the usual spots along the reef. However, if you stayed busy and kept paddling you had many chances to get up and riding. Here’s some bonus shots from what looked like a beautiful morning from the beach.
